We are looking for a Digital Project and Process Management Specialist (Finance) for YILDIRIM Group to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak,Istanbul.
This position requires coordination of finance on all subsidiaries of YILDIRIM Group and is a central organization directly reporting to the global CFO.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
Minimum 1 - 5 years of project management and/or business analysis experience, preferably in Finance
Expertise in process management is an asset
Knowledge of process management and/or business analysis is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English
Ability to manage multidisciplinary and multi-level meeting sessions, see the ‘big-picture’, and sustain a positive approach, focusing on the solution at all times
Excellent organization, planning, prioritization and scheduling skills
Comprehension of the importance of documentation and diligence while documenting
Knowledge of MS Project and/or MS Visio or other PM tools is an asset
Interest and basic knowledge in FinTech
PMP, ACM, CBAP certification or education is an asset
Ability to adapt to change and lead others
Requirements:
Participate in business analysis, coordinate with IT, utilize user tests, user manuals, go-live processes, and complete user training of digitalization projects in Finance departments
Analyze and design processes working on organizational and corporate development projects
Develop standard project management (PM) workflows and tools
Execute PM processes for finance project portfolios, document decisions, track actions, monitor stages and status, and ensure the integrity of the project database
Prepare periodic PM reports, organize and manage PM meetings, monitor risks
Prepare and/or consolidate executive reports
Coordinate interdisciplinary parties and manage projects when assigned
Help create institutionalized relationships among Finance departments and other functions
