Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science
Minimum 3 years of experience in the fields of technology and infrastructure
Experienced in end-user support
Fluency in English and Russian (able to support on-site or remote)
Strong knowledge of basic equipment and operating system for desktop computers and peripheral devices
Basic knowledge and experience in the Active Directory management
Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and computer network configuration
Basic knowledge of ITIL process management and ITSM tools
Familiarity with system configuration and roll-out applications (MS SCCM, PowerShell)
Good understanding of TCP/IP and operation principles of devices, such as, Firewall, Switch, Router, Access Point
Outstanding analytical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
Compatibility with flexible working hours
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driving license
No restrictions for traveling domestically and internationally
Essential IT Help Desk Troubleshooting Techniques; Active listening, clear communication, gathering pertinent information and adopting a logical problem-solving approach
Basic experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and O365 management
Requirements:
Produce on-site and remote solutions for support requests from end-users (technical support, troubleshooting, installation, configuration, tracking and management)
Support the installation, maintenance, and management operations for user operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and MS Office Tools also business applications
Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting operations of devices, such as PC and PC components, mobile phones, desktop phones, printers, scanners, security cameras, personnel tracking systems
Support the proper functioning of video conference systems in meeting rooms
Detect and track repetitive issues and take necessary actions in line with relevant stages
Control monitoring systems, track monitoring alarms of these systems, and inform relevant units about the process
Support inventory tracking of IT devices
