We are looking for a SAP HR Module Consultant to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or Computer Science departments
More than 2 years of experience in SAP HR module (PA, PY, TM)
Strong knowledge and experience in SAP configuration
Knowledge of Success Factors Employee Central module and integration between SAP is a plus
Excellent interpersonal communication and user support management skills
Strong analytical, incident-resolution, and problem-solving skills
High-quality decision-making skills
Good written and verbal communication in the English language
Requirements:
Analyze malfunctions and requests related to corporate business systems and applications received through the service desk
Provide end-user support or direct to the relevant people when necessary
Follow the resolution process of the directed records
Report failures and requests periodically
Track the contracts made with suppliers and perform related activity reconciliations
Perform activity reconciliations with in-group companies
