Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities,
More than 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics fields,
Strong knowledge and experience in Qlik Sense (or Qlik View),
Excellent interpersonal communication and user support management skills,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Quality decision-making skills,
Good written and verbal communication in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Take an active part in Rollout projects,
Understand business processes and facilitate customer’s business needs/requirements gathering to propose a high-level solution,
Solve incident and change requests,
Perform analysis, design, implementation, test, maintenance, and documentation
Job Description:
Ensuring the operability of existing Qlik Sense applications, evaluating changes and errors, monitoring system performances
Developing, maintaining and updating reporting applications and management dashboards according to company needs
Analyzing and resolving incidents and new requests coming through the service desk, keeping their status up to date
Working with suppliers and ensuring coordination
Providing communication between the consultants and the business unit regarding the reporting tools used, being a guide in determining and communicating the needs
Preparation of technical documents and user documents
Determination and completion of process tests
Providing training and user support to users.
