Qualifications:
· A degree of the Mechanical Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences of top-tier universities
· 5+ years' experience of working on a product management or other similar position
· Fluent in English both verbal and written
· Good practical experience with MS Office
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Problem-solving skills
· Excellent time management skills.
· Ability to multitask.
Job Description:
The responsibilites you will have at Anadolu Isuzu as “Product Supervisor’’ will entail.
Guide and coach team-mates? monitoring their productivity
Leading the determination of product strategies
Managing product road maps and releases
Identifying and filling product gaps, generate new product ideas.
Analyze internal and external environment to asses factors that might affect product strategies
Researching customer needs, wants, demands and experiences to determine product feature requirement.
Developing product pricing and positioning strategies for domestic and international markets to contribute to profitability
Working in harmony with engineering, project, and sales teams
Working with PR and marketing teams to manage product launches.
Acting as a product evangelist and representing the company at public events
