Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in the insurance sector
Professional experience in insurance, reinsurance, insurance placement, insurance & reinsurance markets, insurance terms & conditions, claims handling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Professional knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Flexibility on business travel
Requirements:
Provide strategic support in structuring the company’s insurance program
Lead the renewal process for corporate insurance policies
Gather exposure data and the company information required to support annual insurance renewals
Identify, evaluate, and provide risk management recommendations that help better manage business risks while minimizing the overall cost of risk
Conduct a risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company
Perform a risk evaluation: Evaluating the company’s previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company
Prepare benchmark reports on rates, clauses, and wording
