Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited university
At least two years of related experience
Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish
Experience with MS Office applications and related presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Strong coordination and planning skills
Outstanding problem solving and analytical thinking skills
Sensitivity to working in an ethnically, linguistically, and culturally diverse environment
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Marketing Director with administrative tasks
Research and gather information for meetings, projects, and reports
Communicate with relevant parties and coordinate internal and external meetings
Engage and welcome external stakeholders such as suppliers and clients
Facilitate meetings, handle scheduling, reporting, and note-sharing
Manage project management tools, update tasks, and prepare task reports
Create and edit presentations, forms, documents, and spreadsheets
Provide general office support, including typing, dictation, spreadsheet preparation, faxing, and maintaining filing systems and contact databases
Organize and oversee business travels for the marketing team, including document gathering, passport/visa coordination, hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, and meals
Perform tasks with professionalism while maintaining strict confidentiality
