We are looking for a Business Analyst to be based at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial / Computer / Mathematical Engineering or MIS (Management Information Systems)
At least 3 years of experience working as a Business / System Analyst
UML knowledge
Experience in business process, UI/UX design and mockup preparation,
Excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of SQL Server
Strong ability to work effectively with both business and technical staff
Quick learner, open to changing and evolving business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
Job Description
Analyze business requirements
Work as a member of the software development team throughout the development process, ensuring coordination to meet business requirements and functional needs
Prepare mockups
Create and maintain project documentation including business requirements, functional design documents
Perform functional testing of applications, service and database testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing and defect tracking
Participate in deployment planning and execution
Work closely with project managers to prioritize backlog and plan development
Document training materials for the product area
Provide training for end users, deployment and support teams
Take responsibility for user acceptance testing and change management
