Senior System Specialist

We are looking for a Senior System Specialist for YILDIRIM Group to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak,Istanbul.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects
Knowledge of all roles and features (AD, IIS, DHCP, DNS, NPS, WSUS, etc.) in Windows Server systems
Experienced in Exchange Server, Lync/Skype for business administration and problem- solving
Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Office 365, Azure, etc.
Extensive knowledge of system architecture and virtualization technologies
Experienced in virtualization frameworks, such as Hyper-V and/or VMware ESXi
Experienced in managing enterprise backup systems, preferably Veeam and Acronis
Experienced in disaster recovery scenarios
Proficiency in implementing and troubleshooting enterprise-level systems, such as operating systems, databases, and middleware
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP)) are highly desirable
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Open to travel
Requirements:
Ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and optimization of complex IT systems
Design and implement system architectures, configurations, and integrations according to requirements and industry best practices
Oversee system installations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to system performance, security, and integration
Conduct system performance monitoring and analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and vulnerabilities
Provide technical support to domestic and international subsidiaries of the Group
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions that align with the Group
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering professional development
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements
