We are looking for a Senior Credit Risk Specialist to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in the sectors of Finance, Banking, or Credit Insurance
Good command of both written and spoken English
Strong financial assessment and underwriting skills
Strong knowledge of the local and global economic environment
Strong commercial awareness
Good communication skills in terms of maintaining long-term customer relationships through customer visits
A good communicator and able to convince about all decisions taken
Ability to work in team requirements
Adequate skills in the usage of MS Office tools
Requirements:
Analyze the creditworthiness of customers and prospective buyers of YILDIRIM Group of Companies
Gather and review relevant financial and non-financial information for a credit review
Implement the periodic credit review for existing customers
Control and approve credit risk reports prepared by credit analyst and ensure to share with the relevant parties within the Group
Issue, conduct, and renew the credit insurance policies of YILDIRIM Group of Companies
Support the effective management of the credit insurance processes and work closely with the credit insurer and broker with regard to insurance cover, sales declarations, etc.
Manage the daily limit-risk controls on SAP, get approval for over-insurance sales, and inform the sales team
Manage the preparation of weekly follow-up receivables reports for each sector within the Group and organize to generate the consolidated reports
Support to develop and review credit risk management policies and procedures
Perform weekly and monthly reports and ad-hoc tasks
