SAP BRIM (Billing Management) Specialist

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Information Systems and Technologies or related fields
2+ years of experience in "SAP BRIM CM, CC, CI, FICA" or "ISU BI&INV, FI-CA, CRM-CX" or "ERP SD, FI, MM" modules
Business Analyst or Business Functional Consultant skills
Experience with middleware solutions preferred (SAP BRIM, Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, SAP IS-Utilities or Telco)
Experience in designing, developing and deploying data collection, enrichment and distribution workflows
Strong analytical and communication skills
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Configuration and design skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new solutions and applications
Fluent in English
Requirements:
Learn standard BRIM invoicing behavior and port management business processes
Support post-go live activities where applicable on Convergent Mediation by DigitalRoute platform
Help experts develop data collection, enrichment and distribution workflows on Convergent Mediation through the DigitalRoute platform
Communicate with technical and nontechnical users, business stakeholders, developers, end users, and project managers
Manage follow-ups and action items
Take an active role in the improvement of systems and present these improvements to the management
Follow the legislation about projects and inform the project team members
Manage the relationship with suppliers and outsource consultants
