International Sales Specialist

We are looking for a teammate who can be a part of our force as a “International Sales Specialist” on the journey we have set out!
If you say;
I graduated from Economics and Administrative Science, Engineering or similar fields
I have at least 3 years of experience in similar jobs and field experience requested
I have excellent command of English and am proficient in working in a second language (preferably Spanish).
I have advanced computer software including Excel and other MS Office programs
I have strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
I easily adapt to technological changes
I travel frequently to relevant regions and countries
I can drive actively
I can be the teammate

We expect you to manage your time well, to be inclined to teamwork, have a human-oriented approach, success and result oriented and be open to learning.
The work you will do at Anadolu Isuzu as “International Sales Specialist” will entail;
Develop plans and strategies to achieve annual export sales target.
Establish new distributor network.
Consult distributors regarding their activities, business plans and incentive programs to support their growth plan.
Plan and realize regular visits to distributors in order to give necessary support from factory.
Inıtiate, collect, place and follow up the order process from order to delivery. Inretmediate between company and distributor regarding the specification, financing details, aftersales warranty offers or else.
Create and apply strategies to increase market share through analysing critical products and customers of the related markets;
Closely follow up and analyse competition.
Manage distributors’ communication plans in order to increase brand awareness and sales success.
Provide constant communication between distributors and headquarter(Anadolu Isuzu) about new products for continued product development.
Follow-up and participate specialized international bus exhibitions.
Lead and develop the distributors’ team to achieve critical performance indicators.
