Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, showcasing a progressive increase in responsibility
CISSP, CISM, and/or CEH certifications
Strong knowledge of security technologies, a deep understanding of security protocols and frameworks
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent communication and decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the development and execution of our cybersecurity strategy, aligning it with business goals and industry best practices
Lead incident response efforts, orchestrating swift and effective actions to mitigate and recover from security incidents
Implement cutting-edge technologies to proactively identify advanced threats and vulnerabilities
Design, review, and enhance security architectures, ensuring robustness and scalability in alignment with evolving business needs
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the cybersecurity team
