Supply Chain Manager

Main Responsibilities:
Procurement:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of raw materials, chemicals, and equipment required for EPS production.
Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and establish strong vendor relationships.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of materials to make informed procurement decisions.
Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all procured materials meet the required standards.
Logistics:
Oversee the end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, and freight management.
Coordinate with external logistics partners to optimize shipment schedules and reduce lead times.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.
Implement efficient inventory management practices to minimize excess stock and enhance distribution efficiency.
Warehouse Management:
Manage the organization and layout of the warehouse for efficient storage and retrieval of materials and finished products.
Implement inventory tracking systems to monitor stock levels, reorder points, and storage conditions.
Lead regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical and digital inventory records.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless material flow and support production schedules.
Production Planning:
Collaborate with the production team to develop production plans that align with demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate production schedules and adjust as needed to meet changing market conditions.
Ensure that the production process adheres to quality standards and deadlines.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.
Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the supply chain team.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics tools to track supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize supply chain operations.
Required Experiences & Qualifications:
University degree from reputable universities.
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the EPS or chemicals manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, logistics management, warehouse operations, and production planning.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software. SAP knowlegde is a must.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Advanced level of English
Familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance standards in the manufacturing industry.
