We are looking for an Extruder Maintenance Supervisor with the following qualifications to be assigned to the Maintenance department of our factory located in Gebkim V.Kimya OSB.
GENERAL QUALİFİCATİON
• Graduated from Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering departments of universities,
• Knowledgeable about maintenance, planned maintenance and predictive maintenance and managed a team,
• Experienced in maintenance, repair and commissioning of twin screw extrusion machines,
• Fluent in English,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Preferably able to use Autocad drawing program,
• Possess analytical thinking ability, result-oriented and strong follow-up ability,
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills,
• Strong communication skills,
• Suitable for teamwork, responsible and open to development,
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Implementation of planned, preventive and predictive maintenance plans of the machines,
• Taking corrective actions to eliminate mechanical and electrical faults that occur and to prevent the fault from occurring again,
• Taking part in new projects and carrying out the placement, assembly and commissioning of equipment and machines,
• Recording and reporting malfunctions and maintenance
• Planning spare parts stocks and monitoring purchasing processes,
• We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental management rules.
