We are looking for a Financial Controlling Assistant Manager (Payment) to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
A total of 6 years of experience, preferably in financial operations and accounting
Good knowledge of Turkish accounting standards
Fluent in both verbal and written English
Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge is a plus
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and problem solver, together with exceptional critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask and take ownership of work
Good communication skills and a team player
Requirements:
Follow and control daily/weekly/monthly payments of the subsidiaries considering internal group policies
Coordinate any optimization process through the improvement of the existing payment system or through improved procedures
Analyze any significant variances in payment results to ensure the corrective or improvement actions as needed
Prepare a report of expense allocations among group companies regularly
Perform the monthly controlling of salary payments for some of the subsidiaries
Implement and continuously improve financial controls
Fulfill additional controller duties as necessary
