We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.
Qualifications:
University degree in marketing, communications, advertising, new media, or journalism
At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management or digital content production, preferably in both a holding company and a digital agency
Strong knowledge of marketing, communications, and media; familiarity with key organizations, agencies and creative talent
Hands-on experience with social media channels and digital marketing platforms, familiarity with the latest applications and platforms
Proven experience in performance marketing and media budget optimization
Creativity in developing communication themes, topics and long-term collaboration ideas
Experience working with design teams and ability to evaluate visual content and design
Good command of English and Turkish. Ability to write, edit and proofread content
Excellent planning skills, ability to create comprehensive content plans
Social skills to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Be a part of our growing digital marketing team and manage our social media accounts with related third-party agencies and service providers
Create long-term communication plans and manage the daily flow of information to increase our presence and visibility on digital channels
Maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep abreast of relevant developments
Develop a comprehensive communication plan in accordance with the Group's strategies and related social media channels
Set up and optimize company’s pages in each platform to increase the visibility of corporate social content
Monitor performance of corporate accounts and generate effective paid media campaigns
Edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML)
Manage social media communications budget, evaluate and improve campaign results
Track benchmarks, trends, and emerging technologies to keep content plans relevant to the future
Moderate all user-generated content in accordance with moderation guidelines for each community
Introduce new content and format ideas, utilizing tags and locations to increase interaction and engagement
