We as Yıldırım Holding are looking for a ‘Senior Financial Controlling Specialist ’to be based in Headquarter Financial Controlling Department for our growing organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar departments,
Minimum 4 years of experience, in which 2 year of experience in a related position or in an audit company is highly preferred,
Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel), SAP is a plus,
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,
Communication and presentation skills, compliance with ethical principles,
A highly motivated team worker, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various work assignments,
Ability to travel in Turkey and abroad.
Requirements:
Reviewing quarterly financial statements of Subsidiaries to prepare quarterly reports for the management team
Ensuring accuracy of financial statement and proper accounting policies are applied,
Controlling and following monthly/quarterly closing processes of Subsidiaries,
Analyzing financial results monthly/quarterly and overseeing all financial control activities
Implementing and continuously improving financial controls,
Recommending changes to improve financial controls,
Ensuring the coordination between Accounting Department of Subsidiaries and Financial Controlling, Department and other departments of Holding,
Improving accounting systems of Subsidiaries.
